I almost put this down, as the author took several chapters before it really got going. There was a lot of showing instead of telling. And then it lasted several chapters longer than it should have.

Cursing: I wasn't offended by it, but there's a lot of cursing in the general dialogue. A lot of s, and some f when character were upset. Sexual content: very graphic. Sort of steamy, but also oddly clinical (never read a book that actually used the word labia, even though it is obviously correct lol)

This book is a sweet, magically steamy adventure. Definitely for fans of Sabrina the Teenage Witch with a very steamy twist! If you loved “The Ex Hex” by Erin Sterling, you will love this! I think I have found a new favorite genre of witchy, cute, romantic comedies.

Fun light hearted witchy romance. Great for spooky season! 

I've now read this book a couple of times. Not sure what exactly keeps pulling me back. I think some perfect combination of the characters, the charming setting, and the star crossed lovers/forbidden love of it all.

Well hooooolyyyy sh!t, folks, that was a wild ride right there. I was not expecting that level of spice, but I enjoyed it!! Here for a virgin, bi hero and a communicative sex life, even if their relationship communication left much to be desired.

What a fresh take on technology and magic! I love the small business scenes and the idea a coven is pretending to be a book club. The narrator has a nice voice and feels just right for the story. Cinnabon Man is real boyfriend material and, all of the characters have flaws. However, the book has problems. I wish the witch hunter had a serious introduction instead, the pacing slows for the sex scenes and a separate off-screen romance. The grandmother and the hunter are both left for the second book to deal with. While characters have flaws, any improvement is rushed or dropped. Overall, it's a cute, lighthearted book about family and relationships great for the Halloween season.
