Even better than Ender's Game.

Yes, yes, yes. I don't know why it took me so long to read this! I've read Ender's Game so many times and yet have never progressed in the series. I really enjoy the universe Orson Scott Card had created here. There are so many series and so many rich points of view to see it from as you piece together the whole. Onto the rest of the Ender series, and Bean series, and Peter series....

It's too bad OSC is a homophobic dick, because I loved this series. I think the first and third are the best, and this is my favorite. The Piggies are hard to forget.

I really loved this book in the Ender's series. The first one definitely had more action and was probably more exciting, and I can see why people reviewed this book poorly compared to the first one if they were expecting the same thing. But this book gives you a much deeper meaning about life and death, guilt and peace. I could not put this book down, definitely one of my favorites.

I continue to be fascinated by the world that Card creates, especially by the lingering earth cultures that exist in the new worlds. If I had one complaint, it would be that each story takes tiny baby steps into the future. That is to say, each book (and I've only read two) is a micro-history of one specific thing. Because I'm so enthralled with his universe, I'm constantly thirsting for gallons of information, but still...this isn't really a complaint.

Great book. Looking forwards with the Ender's saga...

An ok sequel that is totally different. Do you like aliens? Do you have resentment or beef with the Catholic Church? This book should be great for you!

I loved this book, and significantly more than Ender’s Game. Super glad I continued on in the saga.
