this was fun !!!
however for me there was not enough of aziraphale and crowley - i felt like it was focused too much on the side characters sometimes rather than those two
VERY excited to now watch the tv show as i feel like it will probably translate really well as a tv show

I couldn’t get a grip on the characters and the story. Also didn’t find it funny at all but could see points in the book where that was intended.
It is witty and chaotic in the best way possible. The characters are so lovable and the humor is one I have never read before. I took away a star because the ending wasn't as satisfactory as the second half of the book built it up to be. The authors have my heart, never have I laughed so much while reading a book. The integration of the 4 horsemen of apocalypse within the book is genius.People who know me, forgive me because you will be hearing about this book quite alot from my mouth.
(Edit- I am an imbecile. I gave it 4 stars when it deserves 10. The ending was amazing I was too idiot to interpret it)

It's a fun story but the read wasn't very thrilling to me. I was surprised at how well it translated to the TV show (and how much more I liked the show more than the book). I haven't read much of Pratchett and I think his writing in this one might be what didn't grip me as much and Neil's usually does.

Aan de ene kant vraag ik me af waarom ik meer dan 10 jaar heb gewacht om dit boek te lezen, aan de ander kant, er zaten er details in die ik eerder niet begrepen zou hebben.
Hoe dan ook, erg genoten van het boek. Een enkel moment dat iets minder was, maar niet zodanig om minder dan 5 sterren te geven. En binnen een paar weken na lezen kreeg ik al weer de neiging om het boek opnieuw te willen lezen.
