155 pages and 98% of them are smut.
The good kind. Every single one of the spice cliché who exist are in it. And it was so entertaining.
I giggled and laughed. And blushed.
Ara666 and Glitch really do love sex and each other.
It is a gamer romance, he falls hard first, shy geek MMC and Curvy artist FMC.
No third act breakup.

If you're someone who loves to read shameless smut with a plot; this is the story for you!
This counts as a slowburn for me because the characters don't physically get together until halfway in the book. But, before that, there are some 🌶🌶 solo scenes from both mc's, where they fantasise about the other.
And once they do get together and meet in person for the first time, the chemistry is through the roof, and it's just a countdown to the moment supreme. From there on, it's just on and on and on and on and... you get my drift 🌶🌶🌶🌶
Another thing that I enjoyed is that even though their relationship moved fast, the mc's actually address this and have conversations with each other about who they are, their pasts, their insecurities, etc. They're very real with each other in that aspect, and it made me, as a reader, absolutely believe in their romance as something that could be sustainable for a long period (marriage).

Mention of: pedophilia, death of a parent(s), raising a sibling, parental abandonment, and being a single parent.
As a gamer, who keeps up with a lot of gaming friends on Discord I knew I needed to read this book.
I'm sure if people don't really get internet friendships they'd think this is an insta-love book but they'd be wrong. There are people I've known for years, through gaming/podcasting, that know more about my life, my inner thoughts, etc than people I've known, in person, most of my life.
From the start I loved both Glitch and Ara...and completely related to the insecurities they both had. I love that we get to know so many sides of Glitch and get to see his unbreakable bond with his sister and nephew.
The way Briana wrote this book, nothing, imo, felt rushed...it felt like it was the exact speed that made sense for Glitch and Ara. Hell I've been with my husband almost 15 years now and a lot of people told us, years ago, that we should slow down. We moved in together after only 3 months of dating [and we didn't know each other before dating, unlike Glitch and Ara], barely together a year when we got engaged...and a few months after our 2nd anniversary we were married. I get how people saw us, I was 21 when we met, and married at 23...but the timing felt exactly right for us...and now almost 15 years later we're still just as goofy as we were when we firs started dating 🤣
Anyways, enough about me 🤭 I adored this book and look forward to reading the rest of the series!

Read this because I was looking for more You've Got Mail trope books, but the online element of the relationship is almost non-existent/it doesn't fit the trope. It's basically spice with almost no plot and mmc's possessiveness somehow overlooked as not a red flag while fmc's creepy ex was/is also possessive?
