I've always enjoyed following Pyle's instagram for these adorable, relatable little alien comics, so when I heard there was a book coming out, it immediately went on my list of things I want. Then I found out through my job that it was on sale, so... well, y'know - things happen.
Glad to have finally picked this up! It's such a fast little read, but it's just so fun. I love these little aliens, and I hope he keeps making these little comics for a long time!

The aliens are, possibly, one of the funniest and cutest things I have ever seen.
I love how the they point out all the strange habits that us humans have just accepted as "the norm".
It almost seems silly now to consume the scalding hot "jitter liquid". My particularly favorite alien is the tattooed alien who " speaks strangely" aka talks just like us.
I love stories that point out just how endearingly weird and sweet humans can be.

I always thought these alien drawings were so cute and funny. And then one day my brother got me an art print of a separate piece by the same artist and then I got more intrigued by his work and noticed that there was a book out compiling all of these strips. It was such a delight to read them, especially in a time right now where everything feels bleak. And the funny part is that the aliens make a lot of jokes about bleakness and self-deprecating humor but in a way that’s relatable to everyone. I also loved the language used in there, especially the glossary at the end with all the objects that have different names, like sweet disks for cookies and foot fabric tubes for socks. I think there’s another collection coming out, and I can’t wait to read it!
