The humor was on point. There’s no telling how many highlights/notes I took on things that actually made me LOL. I wish I was more like Indiana. The whole book was so accurate for what it’s like for women in the workforce. I tell my husband allll the time that if I acted the way he does, I would have been fired by now. Ugh I loved this book. It was so light hearted and silly, I really needed it.

Cute. Easy/fast read. There is a love interest. All the characters are pretty likeable besides the ones who aren’t supposed to be. Would recommend for anyone looking for something light hearted as long as they don’t care about a lot of references to work places being male dominated/the patriarchy and loads of misogyny by a couple characters.

I feel like I was the perfect demographic for this book. Lord of the Ring jokes, women in a male dominated field, some of romance, the FMC lives in Denver, mention of the Colorado Avalanche a lot. What else could you want?! As a women in engineering.. who’s from Denver. The answer is nothing.. Other than wishing she had a dog. I liked Indiana as the FMC. This book is funny, has a good pace, and was such a cute fun read.
Thank you to NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for an audio-arc! I loved it!

Indiana tries not to be a problem but for some odd reason, they find her one at work. They move her to a virtual team, who mistakes her for a man. All of the qualities they hated in her are taken for being awesome as a "man" and she gets stuck between needing to tell the truth and liking the accolades. Just as she's working up the courage to tell everyone her identity, she falls for one of her coworkers.
Opinion
I loved this book. It was downright funny and empowering. I kept coming back to it when distracted by real life. This book offers a fun escape from reality with much hilarity involved.
Many thanks to Net Galley and to Dreamscape Media for providing me with an ARC of this book.
