This was a reread.

As always Colleen Hoover cuts you when you least expect it making you say wtf. But the rekindled love interest and the prom-posal make your heart ache in a different way.

Wow...I need to start a blog just to fit all of my thoughts and feelings about this book into a single post!

Please, don't hate me for this confession - I have never read a Colleen Hoover book before...You guys! I don't know what I've been waiting for! I LOVED this book.

Maybe it was because Morgan's character resonated to my very soul. We could almost be the same person, except that I have 3 kids

Wow! This book just Wow! I didn’t see it coming and then it just hurt I hurt for all. I couldn’t put it down.

Damn, Colleen Hoover. You did it again!

I love Colleen Hoover's books. I have been slacking on reading her novels lately because I like to have one available in case anything else I am reading doesn't work out. I'm a few behind, but I'll get there. If you're new to CoHo's books, this is a great one to start out with. She writes emotions and you feel them as you read them. I teared up twice reading this story.

ANYWAY,

I could relate to both main characters. I have been the daughter who didn't understand as well as the adult who had to go through what Morgan went through.

Hoover seamlessly weaves together a story that shows two unique perspectives on a very difficult subject. I could feel the anger of Clara and the slow building resentment, but I could also say that I understood why Morgan was doing what she was doing - that's what mom's do, taking care and protecting her kid no matter how old and no matter how much it hurt.

I think this was one of Colleen Hoover's best novels yet and I can't to devour another one.

I was a CoHo fan until I read other books that were a million times better. This was so annoying to read. Dragged out too much. Took me REALLY long to finish.
