I'm not quite sure what to think and feel regarding this read.
It was fast-paced and definitely had some enjoyable elements.
I liked the writing but there's something about this story,
the set up and some things happening, that didn't really reel me in, you know?
I kept feeling being distanced from this story somehow, and I guess it's because of this:

So I guess that really put a damper on things a bit. They didn't went through with it, and I understand the mixed feelings about the entire situation, but the female lead wasn't really reliable because of that and I thought that was a shame.
In the end I thought the book picked up after that and the story was much more likable then.
I'm still quite curious about the other books in the series since I really liked the supportive characters and want to read their stories as well. I gave this book a 3-star rating, which means it was okay/enjoyable but I also had the same amount of remarks on the story.
It's a book that was fun to read but isn't one I'll be re-reading.

There's a time when the main characters are on the verge of cheating on the female lead's fiancée and this bothered me a lot. They didn't go through with it, but in my opinion things were just going too far emotionally wise.So I guess that really put a damper on things a bit. Me ha gustado mucho mas de lo que creia y sobre todo me tuvo durante toda la historia gritando todo tipo de consejos, enojandome, alegrandome y todo tipo de cosas... en verda una historia entretenida para pasar un buen rato.
This was a cute book. The characters were endearing, and the romance was sweet. I liked the story, and I thought that it progressed nicely, even if the time skips of a few months, while I suppose they fit, threw me off the two times they happened. I thought that all the characters were awesome, and I will be looking for other Beaumont books at the library. 4 stars.

I love Heidi's books I don't know why I waited so long to get to this one. I'm heading right into book two!
