Loved this book! A very good start to the series.
3.5
I saw the movie first but wanted to try the book.
They were completely different but I liked the more I had more details and feels.

Loved It!!
Yes the start of this book is pretty sad and some sadness carries through. I think that is part of the plot though. Coming home after 10 years for your best friends funeral, considering you left on pretty crappy terms.
I adore Noah and the way he handles his initial meeting with Liam, priceless. Katelyn just lost Mason and she is consoling Josie over Liam coming back into their lives. Nick comes across as a nice guy, but what a douche!! I love that you can see what future book will be in the works for this series. I like the ending that Laim and Josie get, despite being a wee bit rushed. I am pretty sure they will carry over significantly though in the next book. Is some of it predictable? Of course, but sometimes I just believe a HEA should be required. Hello, I am reading a book, not a newspaper!!!

Peace out, xo.

¡MASON!

the idea and plot for this book is good and it couldve been so excellent but i felt like the entire story was so so soooo rushed. i liked the idea of this book, it has multiple tropes i love but it just wasnt executed right. dont get me wrong, i love quick reads but a book can be a quick read without rushing a story and thats where this went wrong.
I am so glad to have finished one last book before 2018. I did really enjoy this book. It was really easy and entertaining to listen to. I never really wanted to stop. There’s just something about stories about celebrities that I love. I kind of wish we had gotten more of what happened with Nick and Sam. We don’t really see much confrontation besides the obvious ones. I felt there would be more of a lead up to the falling outs. I will definitely be looking into continuing on with this series.

So it took me a little bit to get into this one. I started off confused with how it was written. There weren’t really explanations happening for things being mentioned but I eventually got it all straight.
Umm, Nick... what a dick!
Probably not going to read his book... but I gotta read Katelyn’s!
There was more work up to the relationship than the actual relationship. I would have liked a little more at the end where they got together.
I would like to state that I read this because I wanted to read it before I saw the movie.
I just watched the trailer again and I don’t think it looks anything like the book! I hope I’m not the only one who thinks that!
