The groveling at the end had me so emotional. So worth it. I read it in 2 days I couldn’t put it down.

I did like the ending of this book a lot. I have no issues with a slow burn & I adore enemies to lovers. But the first half of the book I was aggravated with them. Idk why. It was obvious he was trying & she was not. It’s a big miscommunication trope. Being prickly instead of talking like an adult & that annoys me. The plot is good though and I was able to overlook my annoyance with how sweet Declan is.

two words: Declan. Kane.
the way we get to know more about each character in this book IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE FIRST!!?!!!! also iris and declan’s banter >>>>>

Classic dark and broody guy and bubbly girl + fake marriage

Just like the first book, Terms & Conditions is a super easy, light read. It’s a nice pick if you’re looking to take a break from heavier stuff. I will say, I didn’t feel the same spark between the two main characters as I did in book one, but it was still a solid read overall. The audiobook has dual narration, which is always a plus.
