There's Earth, Mars, and Belters. You belong to one of these three, and whilst those of Earth and Mars might understand each other, they are used to having oxygen to breathe, and a sky to look up at. Belters are humans who grow up in space, and so have longer bodies.

I thought this was a really good beginning for a series of which there's quite a number of books, and a TV series!

Great starting book, and worth continuing the series!

It didn't blow my mind or do something I've never seen before. It's not my favorite book ever.

BUT, it probably the best space opera I've ever read. An interesting story, the right number of characters, consistent pacing, minimal history exposition, understandable context, willingness to majorly change primary characters... There are no boring bits, and I'm eager to see where the story goes.

Only 4 stars for me, but a very robust 4 stars.
