Altogether this title has a great plot, setting, and cast of characters. Where it drags on its slow-to-start pacing and somewhat unrelated chapters of exposition, it makes up for in its textured relationships betwixt characters, vivid narration, and fun-filled and very satisfying ending. It’s a creature feature that could use a lot more of the creature.

Fun and interesting! I wish there was more about the Sasquatches, but it was a sad/exciting story regardless. It was definitely an interesting book.
