I stayed up all night reading this!
I don't know that this is the best book that I have ever read, but it is probably my favorite from this year. I enjoyed reading it and I keep recommending it to friends so I have someone to talk to about it.

Pretty fun! The long battle at the end was great, and the quirky characters who decided to live in the perfectly-sustainable town were cool to follow.

So freakin' good!

I really enjoyed how I could not guess the ending. Loved the characters and loved how it all played out. Also scared me enough that I'm not visiting the Pacific Northwest for awhile :)

Although my brain blurred over some of the anthropology and scientific pieces, I did enjoy reading this book. One thing I always enjoy about these stories is seeing how people step up in times of survival. What new strengths do they discover about themselves? What weaknesses come to light? These are some of my favorite parts to read about and how the character change in dire situations.
