This book hits so hard! I thought that the re-read would be disappointing since I already felt the suspense on the first read and that isn't something that can be repeated. I decided to annotate while I read to keep it more entertaining and engaging for me and it definitely worked. There's something about the way Max Brooks treats these stories as reports of real incidents (in this novel and World War Z) that just makes me kick my feet. I loved every aspect and it makes me want to read more Bigfoot horror novels immediately.
