Didn’t enjoy the main character or the romance dynamic. Main character frustratingly passive and narrow minded.
I love this book even more the second time around. I love this series. I love everything about the characters, the world building, the library references. Everything. Give this book to me in an IV and let it seep through my veins over and over until I have it memorized.

Vhalla is an annoying librarian. And ofcourse she hates magic and sorcery. Guess what! One dag hagrid tells her YER A WIZARD VHALLA.
Not exactly like this but you get the idea. So now Vhalla is a sorceress. She also hates the Crown Prince for god knows why reasons who is definitely a bad idea. But ofcourse she falls for him cause why not?
Honesty there are so many cliches I felt like I didn’t need to finish reading it. I can just close my eyes and imagine the rest of the story. Atleast the cover is pretty.

Romance aspect felt rushed, plot felt slow like too much time passed with not much happening. I feel like it could be good in the next book but haven’t decided if it’s worth it.
