The book started on a negative note, I felt it was going downhill from there, but, I was wrong thankfully. The jokes are bluntly funny, damn so true, and also perfectly placed. I totally enjoyed this book, with all its explanations and advices. Finally, I loved how all the chapters were consistent and connected together brilliantly. Did I earn something from this book? Definitely, yes.
Ik vond dit boek interessant. Sommige inzichten waren nieuw, anderen waren mij al bekend. Ik denk dat Wax zichzelf best grappig vindt, mijn humor is het niet helemaal heb ik gemerkt. Het is prettig dat ze hele praktische tips geeft omtrent mindfulness.
