I think this book is amazing (even though it wasn’t very thick). I relate to Simon a little, because I’m extremely shy when it comes to people, and so I find myself in quite a lot of awkward situations.
This book is written in first person, which makes the feelings even more real. The suspense and the science to this is just breathtaking and makes the book unputdownable.
One of my most favourite things in this book is the pages of scientific proof given in between the story which supports the story and makes it more believable. I feel that all the characters are very well developed, except Mr. Poopoo.
I think he isn’t that credible because it’s hard to think of a father who would be so insensitive to his son’s problems. Other than that, I love this fantastic book and really can’t resist reading it again and again!!

All in all, if you like science fiction and suspense, this book is a must read for you. It’s a good read no matter how many times you read it! If you liked George’s Secret Key to the Universe, you’ll definitely love this book!
