I’m giving it a 5 as the 11 years old Saba!

Good, but this is a tough read when compared to the way A Brief History of Time was tailored to the layman. Worth the read in my opinion.

I listened to this book on CD. Because of the difficulty of the subject matter, I really wish I would have had the illustrated version instead.

Very interesting, I didn't know what they were talking about most of the time though.

Hawking's latest introduction to modern physics for non-physicists. Lots of good pictures to help you through the concepts.

Hawking explains such complicated things so well, but I'm pretty sure I'm just too dumb for all this physics.

This book was a concise update to A Brief History of Time, and I loved it. Hawking has a way of explaining mind-bending topics that makes it easy to grasp and think about without needing a Ph.D. in science. I enjoy his writing so much because of its educational quality, but also because he peppers it with his dark sense of humor. It was just what this space nerd needed.
