i absolutely adore riley and this book was def cute but i didn’t connect as well to her and sam as a couple as i did to the other two couples in this series; unfortunately.

RILEYSAM ARE SO CUTE i don’t understand why so many people hate them. sam’s character development was so sweet but i think he still has a long way to go. riley is my best girl i love her so much actually.

I didn't like this book as much as the others, I had high expectations because I really liked Riley before but I guess at some point it was just so boring, Sam was a huge disappointment and I didn't feel connected to the couple or liked their development.
I do like "brother's best friend" trope, but in this book it was just so boring, I was even disappointed with Riley because she seemed such and interesting and funny character in the previous books and in her own book she was just.. meh.
Anyways, I still enjoyed Lauren Layne's writing and I'm so excited to read emmacassidy's book.
