I'm somewhere between 4 and 4.5 on this. I really liked it. A lot.
Matt, the I'm in denial, but not really, but I kinda don't know who I am or who I want tattoo artist and Jon, our, pilot, I'll fuck anybody, but I'm not looking for anything relationshipy. They were great. And fun. The best part was really getting to see them get to know each other, it was more than hot sex-though there was plenty, there were very real moments, a very real friendship building.
Matt was adorableness and yummy. Jon was good too,
Spoileruntil he disappointed me...oh Jon, if only words could protect our hearts, you poor stupid man. Now I get with watching your best friend's marriage go Ka-Boom, that you were understandably shaken, but saying that this is why you don't have relationships? For reals, bro? Saying that it isn't doesn't mean it isn't. Anyway, glad you pulled your head from your arse.

This was crazy hot. And sweet. And Matt is my favorite. *sigh* When he was on cloud 9, I was too ...and his hurt...his hurt hurt me.

Pretty solid until the end. Didn’t love the end and Jon’s behavior and sudden realisation.

I will be 100% honest. This cover is what made me stop. The title had me snickering to my naughty inner monologue. The blurb made me twitch and shift my thighs. This book however was hot as...

I'm sure you can imagine what a hot tattooed up man who looks like sinner but blushes like a saint would do to anyone. When you pair him with a fit Navy fighter pilot, the gifs on tumblr would only get you so far.

In a crass and entirely too much information way I need to say this: if you don't have a BOB or an available person handy you are going to be physically turned on all day. Probably close to the edge...possibly eyeing the washing machine...(Don't give me that look, it was a suggestion. Anyway, I can't try it the kids are home.) So take it from the sexually frustrated reviewer....

Pounding Skin is a perfect title and now I clearly need to follow this author for more....everything.

The ending felt a little abrupt. I wish there was just a little bit more of their story.

Jon and Matt were great. I enjoyed their chemistry from the beginning. All their sex scenes were so hot. I like how Matt's ex girlfriend and family supported him coming out as bisexual. Sadly, I figured Caleb was cheating on Nate at the same times Matt did. I'm glad Nate didn't try to work it out. I also like how Nate still believed in love even though his husband ended up being a cheater. I can't wait to read the next book on Lucas and Nate.
