This is a great book! I loved it so much! My favorite Nicholas Sparks book! Read it now and you won't regret it!

I could really feel the story and emotions in this book. I'm dyslexic and class now as a person how is learning disability, as a child I struggled a lot to get people to understand me so I really felt for Kyle. I think with this story u can tell NS was more attached to the storyline personally as his son is how Kyle is loosely based on. Great ending.

Used to be one of my favorite Nicholas Sparks books. Now the happy endings kind of bore me. It's a little too predictable. I love the characters... Kyle is my favorite!

The plot line was very simple but there was beauty in its simplicity. The story kept moving because there were little things to discover and I kept reading to find them out. I love the innocence of Sparks characters. Kind of like first love teen romances, but they are for adults.

Almost a little too late I remembered that this is a Nicolas Sparks novel and not some light reading I picked up. Someone had to die and I should have seen it coming.

Fantastic book! Had trouble putting it down!

Nicholas Sparks knows how to do romance. I enjoy the books when I am looking for the boy meets girl, something happens to cause an obstacle, obstacle is overcome and they get back together or it ends up how it is supposed to be kind of story.

"Everytime you do something crazy, I can feel my little hairs committing suicide by jumping right out of my head and plunging all the way to my shoulders. If you listen carefully, you can sometimes hear them screaming all the way down. You know what it's like going bald? Having to put sunscreen on top of your head when you go outside? .... It's not like I'd be willing to go bald for just anybody"

I LOVED this story. Course, I am a Nicholas Sparks fan and am having fun reading all his books! :) And the ending was very good, the sad part surprised me, but I really like the book! And, of course, it totally made me cry!

out of all his books I think I enjoyed this one the most. probably because it centered mote around a love for a child; not just a significant other

Very good read.
