Unfortunately I'm too sleepy to explain this well but I just rewatched the anime and this series is still peak. It's still amazing. It's still extremely incel-ish and is about incels and is empathetic and tender towards them. It is NOT pro incel but if you don't have the patience or inclination to see incels as people worth empathy that is 100% valid and you will hate this and you're right to feel that way. Unfortunately you will be missing out on peak.
