I am a big Doree fan and loved her candor, wit, and openness about hard to discuss topics. This is a great read.

I have followed Doree for a few years now, so I was excited to read this. As someone moving at a different pace than a lot of my friends, I found Doree's assessment of late bloomer life to be pretty spot on. The dating and relationship stories were an extra perk. I also appreciated the real talk in the infertility and childbirth chapters. I think you'll like this book if you're in the mood for a memoir from a writer figuring life out as she goes.

I read this with no previous experience of exposure to this woman's podcasts, but I enjoyed it all the same. She has a clear, engaging voice that was like sitting down to brunch with a girlfriend. I think many millennials would relate to her experiences of feeling slightly out of step with cultural expectations of life's milestone moments. The ending felt a bit rushed or abrupt, but maybe because I'd hoped for just a little more time on this enjoyable journey.

I liked the book for the most part.. some things were a bit repetitive. There were topics that I wish the author would have gone more in depth and then some topics maybe not so much..
