This book has changed my life. I will never be sad again, because Zone Theory has made me into the most amazing version of me I can be! Special thanks to my 'Zone Father' Gilrood Glimhee for helping me through the process.

If you have watched the 4-minute promo video for the book, as well as the Huffington Post interview for the book, then you have already heard everything funny the book has to offer and more. Tim and Eric’s comedy falls flat in book form.

I am a WOMAN and I have successfully achieved Zone Plane 8. I am also left handed. It CAN BE DONE.

Tim and Eric, please accept this.

Tim and Eric bring their brand of insanity and comedy to book form in this spoof of a life-changing cult. Insanity.

A solid parody of the sort of self-help/multiple step “change your life” books with the traditional Tim and Eric spin. As a fan of theirs, I enjoyed this quite a bit, but I don’t really know if the appeal goes beyond their fans at all. A lot of it is much too steeped in the type of humor they do to have a sort of mainstream parodic appeal. Good for fans, maybe not for the rest.

A lot of Tim & Eric Awesome Show Great Job!'s humor is unique to the TV format—the editing, music, sound design (squishsquish), line delivery, schlubby actors…The big question is—how well does it translate to a book?

Pretty well, in fact. Tim & Eric satire crappy print media just as well as they do crappy TV. There's a lot of Cinco in Zone Theory (and in real-life pseudoreligious self-help scams). While the text is funny too of course, this book takes full advantage of its full-color printing and is filled with illustrations and (incredible) photography that looks like it came out of a modeling agency from an evil alternate universe. They don't stretch the joke thin—Goodreads says 336 pages, but I'd estimate there's only 40 or 50 pages of solid text in here, and you can read it in two or three sittings easy. Tim & Eric…get away with a lot more in book format than they can on TV. I hope they write more books!

Oh, and naturally, this book helped me to become a happier, healthier, more confident man. I recommend it to everyone I meet. Buy it now.
