This volume took place over a shorter span than the others. They were preparing for a ball! An engagement ball!! Eeee!!

Finally! Some movement in the plot line of the descendent of Barahan. I love that we get the background story of who Barahan is and how it came to be that he hated the divine beasts. Much excitement for the next volume!!

I absolutely loved the color palette of this volume. I would recommend this series to anyone who likes slow burn and a very naive fmc. Things are starting to come to head in this volume and with that ending I cannot wait to read volume 7.
