Fighting Mr. Knight – London Misters Series #3
⭐️ 4.25 | 🌶️ 2.5
I was not expecting to love this one as much as I did! Jack always came across as the biggest player in the previous books, so I didn’t think he’d win me over… but wow, did he prove me wrong.
The moment he saw Bonnie, the girl he remembered from childhood everything changed. Unfortunately for him, Bonnie didn’t see the boy she once knew. She only saw the man she resented… until the truth came out. And just when I thought we were heading for a happily ever after, the plot twist hit and it was so good. I understood both sides so clearly. Jack had every right to be angry, and Bonnie had every reason to be scared. Their conflict felt real, raw, and so well-written.
The plot was my favourite of the series. And that scene with her ex at the end was petty, passive-aggressive, and absolutely deserved I was living for it. 😂
The necklace moment melted me.
“P.S. I know you’ll look after it for me because I trust you.”
That line hit hard so tender and heartfelt.
Spice-wise, this one earned 2.5 🌶️. These couples and their office rendezvous 😳🔥 they really like to risk it all! Plus, the hate-to-love intensity added so much fire (even when it hurt my heart for Bonnie).
I gave this one 4.25 ⭐️, and honestly, it might be my favourite in the series. If you’re reading this series, definitely go in order. They’re technically standalones, but the character crossovers add so much to the overall experience.
Happy reading, everyone! 💜📚
