Thank you to Sourcebooks for sending me an early copy to review. This was a fast-paced thriller that I found entertaining! I really liked that it took place over 24 hours but had flashbacks in alternate chapters. It stretched the story, but kept the pacing fast. If you are looking for a good thriller, this is it!

I have been waiting to read other works from this author, so when this was just released at my local library I had to get it.

This book is more YA than some of the other books I typically read, but it was fun and fast-paced. The book uses the "past" and "present" switches well-- I never felt like we dwelled too long on the set up. However, what took me out of the book was how entitled the main character is. OMG I wanted to swing on her. But it encapsulated the "pretty rich white girl" well, almost painfully well. The ending was not too predictable, but I wish there were more hints and less things spelled out. Overall a fun read, but I cannot get over that main character and some of the unrealistic plot points for high schoolers!
