Picked up this book at a vacation rental in Hawaii, and was pleasantly surprised by how it drew me in - I enjoyed the family, and it's a good depiction of grief. The relationship that centers the book is an odd one, but so are many relationships - still sometimes it felt a little hard to connect to.

I liked the book better than I thought I would. This is not an easy topic to read a book about; however, Hart Hennings does a great job!
