Technically I only got 90% through before it expired, but I’m counting it as finished. I’m not sure why this has such high ratings. There’s no overarching plot, just a coming of age in military school section followed by a oh-no-I-don’t-like-myself-anymore-but-I-wont—try-to-change-myself section. I liked the first half, but then it was too long and I didn’t care about any of the characters, and there was no real plot to keep me engaged. Not my kind of book.
