This book was fun to read. Typically, I have a hard time just turning my brain off and enjoying something for what it is but somehow I was able to do that for this book (take that however you will). I can see people's complaints about the book but if you can just have fun with it I think you'll like the book. The plot was very engaging and although Davi was a lot, she brought charm to the book. Anybody complaining that Wexler just ripped-off Deadpool needs to relax. Just because one character/author/story does something and becomes famous doing it doesn't mean that literally nobody can ever do that thing ever again.

If you want a fast-paced, engaging, entertaining, and fresh feeling fantasy book I recommend giving this one a try. The nice thing is that if the book isn't for you then you'll know within the first 5 pages. If you can make it through that then buckle up cause honestly you're in for quite the ride.

They need to delete chapter one and start over. Definitely push through to the second chapter, if you have the same feelings I did for that first chapter.

DID NOT FINISH

DNF. Could not stand the FMC. So obnoxious, thinks she's funny, wants to fuck everything in sight, including straight women (even had a game about how fast she can get in her pants). The groundhog day idea was interesting, but not well done. If she didn't like how her life was going, she'd die. Death was the reset. And there was a lot of it. And it was pretty detailed.
