Kurt and Sawyer. Sawyer and Kurt. Tempting Perfection is exactly like the title says. Sometimes a little fun can never hurt someone, until someone falls in love. Sawyer is determined to get over Kurt and the week they had. The only problem is...she's staying on his tour bus, as the market manager of his band. Oh, did I mention, they are also roommates who like to play pranks with each other? Sawyer knows this tour is either going to break or make them. Kurt is determined to stay away from her...until he can't no longer.
Tempting Perfection is full of twist and turns, but you will have many laugh out loud moments.

"We were drawn to each other like magnets. When I was near him, I felt complete. The air changed when he neared, causing the sparks to almost be palpable."

Wow, just wow! I have no idea where to begin.
After reading the first two books of this series, waiting for this book was like sitting on hot coals. With the first book I fell in love with all characters attached and I couldn't be happier, that Sawyer and Kurt finally got their own book. I had high hopes and non of those got disappointed.

"I wanted that deep soul connection where it was hard to tell where one person ended and the other began."

Tempting Perfection is very close to perfection. The chemistry between Kurt and Swayer we got a glimpse of within Knoah's books continues to go off like fireworks through their whole story. The attraction is off the charts and never died down an inch. Character-wise they couldn't be more different and at the same time compliment and complete each other like no other.

"There was a predatory stare about him, as if he was coming to claim me. And I wanted to be claimed - completely."

The funny banters between Saywer and Kurt kept me smiling through the whole book. The story contains as much humor as it contains suspense. Sometimes the story goes slow, feeding the reader and the characters with a false sense of security only to throw them a next obstacle in the way. At some point, with a little perception, it gets obvious but that really doesn't matter.

"Though as individuals we're flawed and have a past, I think together we can tempt perfection to happen for us."

I really do love Sawyer. She's funny, witty, strong, honest, caring, beautiful inside out. She's had a tough childhood and we get to know a lot of it as her relationship with Kurt continues to grow. Sawyer has a great perception for others feelings and always finds ways to help with her big heart. Even though her rough childhood she turned into an amazing woman that doesn't back down from a challenge. It's simply impossible not to fall in love with Sawyer.

"Because what Kurt and I have feels like perfection. ... Changing anything would be tempting perfection."

Oh dear, and I'm so in love with Kurt. I really wish we had some more chapters from his POV, because it was always a great experience being in his head. Listening to his thoughts and exploring his feelings. I guess Kurt is the most down to earth rockstar I've ever met in a book. He cares deeply for the ones he loves, he has a great sense of humor, is very protective of his family and is very sensitive with his feelings. In Tempting Perfection we get to know how insecure Kurt is, what makes him so closed off, denying his own happiness. Sawyer makes him see himself from a different ankle, making him believe in himself again and believing in their love and relationship. He feels so real that there is no way around not falling for him.

"The sight of her made me smile. This woman rocked my world. I would slay any dragon that came our way."

It was also great to catch a glimpse of Knoah and Gerrick again and how things worked out for them. The end is a perfect conclusion to this trilogy.

"And I would be his forever. Kurt Hendrix owned me, body and soul."

Thank you Kristin for sharing your writing talent with us. You created some fantastic characters spinning in a great story. I love how they work and grow together and I'm totally in love with the Timeless Love books!

"Anytime you sing ... you take a piece of my soul."

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this wonderful book.

Good, but not really a standalone

I enjoyed this book, but it really does not work as a standalone. I was very confused and felt left out of a lot of things with Sawyer and Kurt.

Very enjoyable

I absolutely love these two characters. You meet them in the other books and fall in love with them. I was thilled when i got their story and what a story it is. Their banter with each other is amazing . I loved how these two got together and finally realized they belong together. Just a great book from beginning to end..Highly recommend reading the whole series.

When roommates become lovers! Kurt is a rockstar going on tour. Sawyer is his roommate who desires a relationship. This book includes love, babies, loss, family pain and mystery. If you are looking for a page turner with lots of drama from beginning to end, this is the book.

I really enjoyed this book by a new to me author. I liked the way the romance evolved throughout the book. This is a stand alone but ties with other books, you don't have to read the others but I feel like I would like to read them now to fill in some things I maybe didn't fully understand in this book. It was filled with not just steam but also plenty of 'corny cheesey' romance as well. A good amount of suspense thrown it too with a satisfying HEA that will leave you grinning and feeling genuinely happy for the couple!
