This was a quick, fun read and another solid book in Dave’s catalog. Not my favorite from her but the unique story & concept had me hooked on early. I really liked the juxtaposition of the two main character women - one starting a marriage & the other facing the end of a marriage. This book took me less than a day to read so definitely recommend it purely for readability!

I really enjoyed this book. It was a quick read, but packed a lot of “truisms” along the way. The characters are believable and warm and approachable. Funny in a lot of parts—mainly in the very awkward moments between characters—but poignant in the end of a long, formerly happy marriage, and in the uncertainty of beginning a new one.

I had a hard time getting into this book. I found the characters to be unrelatable. The plot felt forced and to long.
