Ralston's writing is sharp and unflinching, making the reader confront uncomfortable truths and disturbing scenarios. The narrative structure is unique, interweaving past and present seamlessly, and each story within the story adds a new layer of complexity and horror. The characters are well-developed and their psychological depth adds to the novel's intensity.

While "Woom" is not for the faint of heart due to its graphic content and disturbing themes, it is a compelling read for fans of dark fiction. Ralston's ability to evoke a visceral reaction is impressive, making this book a memorable, albeit unsettling, experience. A solid four-star read for those who appreciate horror that pushes boundaries and challenges the psyche.

I read this is 1 sitting!

I'm still kind of shell shocked by it! 

Vague Summary:
A man has a dark connection to a motel room.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I'm dipping my toes into extreme horror, so I was a little nervous about what to expect from this book. It absolutely did NOT disappoint!

It left me disturbed and unsettled, but not disgusted and I was able to easily finish it. It definitely had the effect of a good horror movie! (I'm more knowledgeable about horror movies and more extreme horror movies than I am books)

If you want to be unsettled, disturbed, left feeling a little weird, and unsure what to do with yourself after reading, then this book is for you!

I've already saved book 2 on Kindle unlimited!

This was a very disappointing read for me this book waited till the last pages to finally get gory and entertaining.

I have all of the words and none of the words, and I certainly cannot rate this book. Not because it was bad. It was actually quite good, but I just don’t know how I feel. And it has almost every trigger warning imaginable.
