A little rough around the edges I'm terms of character for my taste, but his kindness, positivity and honesty were pleasant to listen to. I listened to most of the book while enduring a migraine. It was a good distraction, with some depth, but probably not the type I'd return to again.

A brutally honest and funny memoir from Tom Felton, best known as Draco Malfoy, as his life before and experiences filming the Harry Potter movies, and his struggles in adulthood after as he tried to find himself apart from his fame.

Amazing. So good. Will recommend to everyone. Even better when listened to. I didn’t think it was possible, but I finished this book being even more in love with Tom.

Potter nerds will have a blast with this. Film buffs will have a blast with this. And people looking for a heart to heart, they’re gonna get one.

So this book is incredibly fun. We get to see some cool things about the making of Harry Potter, but we also get to really separate Tom from Draco. And take a peak into the world of child acting.

I didn’t know anything about Tom Felton the person before reading this. And I have nothing but respect and love for him now.

The ending was very real and hard hitting. It can’t be easy to hit that kind of rock bottom and to come back from it. It can’t be easy to have that heart to heart with yourself. And I do think this book will inspire and help people who find themselves in a similar situation to Tom.

If you’re a fan of Tom Felton and Harry Potter, this is a great book to listen to the audio for. Tom does a great job narrating his own stories and does give you a glimpse of life of set - which was fun. I can’t say anything he wrote about was groundbreaking and I liked his recap of his substance abuse struggles towards the end, but overall it seems that growing up on set wasn’t too bad for him. Would only recommend if you’re a fan!
