Not my usual genre but I enjoy the show so thought I'd give it a try. A nice light-hearted book for when you just wanna relax

This book was cute and lighthearted. The characters are very well-written. They’re realistic and relatable, which I love. I think that having characters readers can relate to and see themselves in makes a story that much better. I could see parts of myself in a lot of the characters which made me enjoy the book even more. The plot was slower-paced, which is okay since I know there are two more books after this. This book is definitely for a slightly younger audience so I would’ve definitely rated this higher had I read it in high school, but it was still a good read! (Also I heart Cam Cameron)
