I was hoping for more "pretty is internal" than this book actually was. The premise and narrative structure were fluid. A book geared towards teen girl's fixation on aesthetics that talked a lot conventional prettiness as a virtue left a bad taste in my mouth.

Belly comes across like a pick me. Jeremiah is there but kinda bores me. Then Conrad is just weird until the last five minutes like I see what’s being set up and the way he’s being portrayed but it’s just odd. Also, I hate that Belly never officially ends things with Cam. Butttt the last few minutes were so cute.
