What a terrible book.
It has it all:
- calling people fatso for no reason and making fun of the partner for being too skinny. Do not forget the disdainful speculation of how they would have sex him being so fat and she being so skinny. Of perfect strangers that have done nothing to the main character.
- voluntary stupidity of the main character at all times and possible circumstances.
- PREDICTABLE in the most annoying way.
- massive editing was required.
- the topic is so stupid! Yes, a person can have romantic feelings for two different people at once but to go on about it in such a childish and unnecessary dramatic way.... Pppfff
One of the worst books I have ever read. A total waste of resources: printing materials, my time...

Cheesy as hell but couldn't put it down. Realistically, it's probably worth three stars, but I did really, really enjoy it, so it's won itself four.
I enjoyed this book although found it dragged at some points. Still an easy, good read. Worth taking a look at.
Honestly, I can't see the goodness of the decisions the main character has done. There were ends left loose and I felt as if things were rushed just to get it to the end.
This was such an easy read! Lucy gets a text from her boyfriends saying he has cheated on her 4 times with the girl who sent the text. Lucy however now has to sit through a 24 hour flight to Australia with this information!
From the beginning I was drawn in by Lucy and James relationship. There was lots of red flags, but also lots of grey areas with things. As much as James was being questioned, Lucy made some questionable decisions too!
Overall I was chuffed with the ending and it was the right one for Lucy - woohoo!

Overall, it was a good book. In fact, I couldn't stop reading and wanted to know how things would turn out and how the story would end. Yet, some parts were still a bit tedious and I'm not quite sure how they contributed to the main story.
The main sotry is as follows: while on the plane to Australia to attend her best friends' wedding, Lucy gets an SMS saying her boyfriend James is cheating on her and she has to survive a 24h flight not knowing if it's true or not. Later he denies it and everything seems to be okay but then Lucy meets her best friend's "little" brother Nathan and immediately has a thing for him. From this point on, it's a constant back and forth in Lucy's mind between Nathan and James. She just can't decide what to do and she doesn't want to give up on either of them.
And that's the part I didn't like that much. She was so upset when she thought James cheated on her and now she's very close to being the cheater herself. And she doesn't have the guts to choose one of the guys. This really was a bit upsetting.
She has no real evidence that James cheated or is cheating on her but yet, she still can't trust him the way you should trust your boyfriend. My sympathy for James constantly changed throughout the book. At some points, I just thought he was the bad guy and an idiot, then there were the parts where Lucy was just thinking about Nathan and I felt a bit sad for James. However, I personally liked her more when she was with Nathan, you could totally feel that they had a real friendship and that there was more than just the affection between the two of them.
As I wrote before, it was, overall, a good book and I liked it. I'll definitely have a look at Paige Toon's other books.

This book was bizarre in that there was an anti-climax - in the middle of the book nothing actually happened.
The rest of it was just useless drivel from a spoiled 24-year old.
