the book plot isn’t bad and i can see why it’s 5 stars for people. but for me once we reached the climax i didn’t really care to keep reading

My review of the book Restore Me
The first time I read this book in 2021 , I didn't know first hand how loss affects a loved one 🥺. I saw how the death of my stepfather affected my mom and my siblings after his death in 2022. Now I see how my mom is navigating loss and I just had this urge to read it again.
I loved Dom. He was so understanding, secure, compassionate, loving even though he showed it through hate, he loved unconditionally. Should I talk about how he made sure that the ring he proposed to Sloane with goes with the rings Eric gave her? The assurances he gave her, I loved 😍🥰
In the end, Sloane showed character development that I have to commend. I loved that after so many years I'm still in awe of these books. 10/10 across boards 🥰. You did that J L Seegars
