I didn't care for it. Not sure I'm into urban erotica/romance

I really enjoyed this ! This was my first read by this author and I was not disappointed.

I did feel that it took too long to get to what happened after they originally met though. I was anxious to get there the whole time

It was soooo bad.

This book could've been so much better if the FMC got out of her own head and spoke up instead of assuming things

Such a great story. Oh how this story left me in such an emotional state. From the start, my heart went out to the MMC for having to live through such things and still show up for himself and others while still loving fiercely. And our FMC who chose to be brave despite everything that life had thrown her way. Once again, I enjoyed that this author too stresses the importance of mental health. One cannot expect others to heal or to even help others heal when they are not willing to do it themselves.
