Two things I don’t love in books: long drawn out slow burns and miscommunication BUT I ate this up hahaha 

Dominic was just different. I love me a down bad begging man lol. Sloane better than me cause we woulda been together chapter 5. 

My first J.L Seegars book and I can see why everyone loves her stories so much. They are tense and lusty. She takes special care with tough topics and really crafted a gorgeous happily ever after. Oh and this was beautifully written.

wow wow wow

Man! This story had me on the edge of my seat! Dominic never gave up on Sloane after all these years, and in the end they found love. Thank God! A great read that would have you clutching the pages!
