Restore Me was filled with angst, emotion, passion, and grief. The author did a great job of weaving flashbacks in with the current timeline. Dual timelines truly helped me to understand the connection between Dominic and Sloane. Their shared history added to the story angst. I really enjoyed the passion, friendship, and gentleness they reserved for one another. That being said, I felt the story dragged sometimes. The characters held up their relationship by not being totally honest sooner, in my opinion. However, overall, I loved the characters and look forward to spending time in New Haven again.

Got me out of my reading slump, I was even interested why he hated her from the first chapter! I don’t like miscommunications, but this book had me loving the grovelling icl!
