Oh this was lovely - I was looking for a nice, light Christmassy book to read and this was perfect.

I’ve read a lot of romcom type books so I could see exactly where the plot was going and how this would finish (including the storyline with the boyfriend) but I loved it regardless. If you love lighthearted romantic fiction and don’t mind being able to guess the plot but just love a story then this will be a great book to read.

Tilly as a character is quite lovable, even if she is quite frustrating at times, I feel she was developed quite well as a character, as was Marcus.

Even though Christmas has come and gone, just, this is still a wonderful read to warm your heart on these cold day/evenings.

Tilly has a fabulous job working in an opera house doing everyone's make up. Where she may be a pro when it comes to make up, she certainly isn't when it comes to computers. If I was good at either it would be be a miracle but I certainly had every sympathy when it comes to computers.

Marcus just oozes sex appeal. Even though he comes across as being quite stern, that just melted into the background whilst I envisioned him taking me into his arms, oops enough about my day dreams but I'm sure we have all been there with a fictional character that we can't help but fall for along with the main character.

Covent Garden in the Snow is a wonderfully light hearted read to brighten up these dark and dull wintery days. If you like a fun and engaging read with a dash of romance thrown in then you are in for a real treat.

My thanks to Harper Impulse for a copy of this book. All opinions are my own and not biased in anyway.

I read this book with my sister (and also my friend Reagan) and while I didn’t love it I surprised myself with how caught up in it I got at the end. It’s a cute little seasonal romance that requires a lot of suspension of disbelief.

Je suis déçue... J'attendais beaucoup de ce roman, surtout en cette période mais j'ai commencé à me désintéresser dès 200 pages ou moins... Au final, durant les 200 dernières pages, je n'ai fait que les lire les dialogues et encore...
