The end was really good but I got a tad bored in the middle cause they're just planing for war but it's lowkey kind of dragged out

A sneak peak provided by Edelweiss but it left me wanting more!

This final installment of the Cursebreakers trilogy opens on Lia Mara and Grey preparing for battle against Harper and Rhen--one which no one involved truly wants to take place.
Except, of course, for the enchantress Lilith, the wicked puppet-master behind all Rhen's torments, as well as much of what plagues the people closest to him. Will these four young leaders be able to deliver those who follow them to safety and out of Lilith's maniacal clutches? Or will this be the end of both Emberfall and Sylh Shallow? With stakes this high, can anyone make it out alive and uncursed?

- Lia Mara and Grey are still some of my favorite characters and couples!
- Lia Mara is just the perfect balance of sweet, but strong. I find her so refreshing and relatable as a character, and I absolutely love her!
- Grey is just swoon-worthy, and I feel like he's grown a lot as a character throughout the books. I love how loving and protective he is over Lia Mara, and ugh, I just love them
- Iisak my heart...
- I really want to know more about scravers and Iisak and his son, so I really hope that they have their own book or series!
- I'm still not really a fan of Rhen. I don't understand the romance between him and Harper, and I honestly never did, even in the first book.
- I absolutely hated, but loved Lilith. She was so horrible, and was just such a great villain! The bonus excerpt really gave a lot of insight into why she is the way she is, and I almost wish it had been included as a prologue, because I think it really would have added to it!
- The ending was honestly kind of disappointing, and I found it a bit rushed and kind of anti-climatic. That was probably my biggest complaint about the book, and I just wished it was a bit more flushed out
- Overall, the series was good and I really enjoyed it! I'm glad that the focus of the books switched over more to Grey! I loved the world and the magic that was created, and the romance between Lia Mara and Grey was so pure. Really enjoyed it!

AAAAAAAAAAAAH so good.

I thought A Vow So Bold & Deadly was disappointing. Some of the characters were just so frustrating (cough Grey cough cough Lia Mara). The plot felt underwhelming. I didn’t love the way it ended & still feel very unresolved about it. I loved the first book of this series, but was so disappointed in the last two. I do, however love Brigid Kemmerer writing style!
