Amateur detective in fiction is something I have always liked reading about. And the story is definitely gripping!

One of the typical tale from Harlan Coben, but a proper one. Even though it is 7th part of a the series and I didn't read other volumes, I did not feel lost, due to the lack of a full context or anything.
Coben writes a story about Myron Bolitar, who finds out he has a teenage child. Myron about the existence of the son learned from a former lover. The Ex contacted Bolitar only because she hopes that, he could help find the only person, who could save the life of their kid. In the story there is a lot of turmoils and twists and about five endings. Just when you thought the tale ends here, there is something more.
The book encouraged me to reach for the other parts of this series.

like the other two Coben's I've read, a lot of twists and turns you wouldn't expect. Even until the end.

More potato chips . . .
Another solid offering. Would be great as a road trip book. I will probably read more of these. They kind of remind me of Robin Cook. You always know what you are getting. You can count on it to be fun. And later on, when you look at a row of these books on the shelves, you will never be able to remember which ones you've already read.

I’ve been reading this series by e-reader but tried out this book as an audiobook and I found it quite engaging.

I enjoyed the story, although it wasn't as suspenseful as I'd expected. Myron's character had a sarcastic edge that amused me. I don't quite understand Win and what makes him tick or where he came from, but still a good book to pass the time.
