Neil Gaiman does it again! The story is so cleverly crafted and leaves you begging for more after every single chapter. I love how different gods of so many different cultures were present, and the way they were incorporated into the story is just so masterfully done. Some lines left such lasting impressions on me, I wish the book was at least double its size.

'It doesn'tmatter that you didn't believe in us,' said Mister Ibis. 'We believed in you.'

I just kept not caring. Stopped 80% through at that point I usually finish books. But I just didn’t care.

I love Czernobog.

This book was a really funny and surprisingly somewhat emotional read. I really enjoyed the descriptions of Shadow on the tree and how that changed him. Plot was very interesting and kept me reading. The ending made me feel like winter was finally over.
