i felt like there were more things i had to suspend my disbelief abt plot-wise in this book than the previous two, but overall. big fan of the fact that the author isn't afraid to try something different each book instead of following a straight 'murder mystery' premise, and that Pip is allowed to be deeply affected and changed by the events of the series; her character development feels like a realistic & compelling progression of her story. wild to go thru the reviews and see ppl complaining about how much she's changed or that she's acting "out of character" like girl she's Fucking Traumatized. ofc she's not her cheery book 1 self. hello

anyway. ravi singh boyfriend of the year award

I thought this was a really great end to the series, especially how it linked them all together. The author is so talented with how it was all done. I like how quick and easy it was to read and understand as I have struggled with thriller/crime type books like these in the past. The reason I rated it down was because I just didn’t like the side story of Pip taking the substances. And it was all a bit of a stretch.

WHAT???

I'm disapointed in this book, i knew immidiately who the killer is (not thanks to my geniusness but thanks to bad writing) and the other half of the book was only WHAT? WHYYYYYYYYYY

Pip would never ever do that and Ravi would never agree. Btw how come she has severe PTSD from second book but is almost completely unaffected by this second part???

It was pretty good.

I did know who DT was pretty early on, so the twist wasn’t much of a twist.

I had completely forgotten the other two books before this - this is a book that would have benefitted from a recap at the beginning I think.

The ending was good. And the bit where they had ti cover up the crime? Sooooo intense.

The headphones bit didn’t really get me. And I did wonder if she was actually going to die when she got kidnapped.

I don’t think any of the characters are actually likeable though. Pip is kinda annoying.

Idk. It was ok.
