I genuinely enjoyed this series (and more than I'd expected to after putting it off for so long!). The mysteries were compelling, with plenty of developments along the way to keep you intrigued, and the final revelations were always satisfying. Pippa was a great MC and I particularly enjoyed the development of her character & voice across the books (and the way Jackson didn't diminish the impact of her actions & experiences...). I also liked all of the side characters (especially Ravi, of course) and appreciated how they added to the story.

Overall, this was a great mystery book (and series), though I'd be wary of recommending it to younger YA readers because of the dark themes (rape [a lot of rape], murder, sexual assault, assault, drug use, etc etc).

Also, this wasn't my favourite of the series... While I liked how it wrapped everything up, the 2nd half really changed tone in a way I wasn't expecting - and that impacted my enjoyment of it all a little... Still good, but different.
