I came for Wulfric and was not disappointed! I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed reading about Aidan and Eve, as well as everyone else. It's a slow burn type romance for sure, but despite the long wait for the characters to acknowledge and confess their love for each other, I quite enjoyed their story.

If all the others in this series are as well told as this one, I'm looking forward to further research on the Duke of Bewcastle via taking a closer look at his family members.

I don't read a ton of HRs, but if I find more like this..I will! I couldn't get enough of Aidan and Eve's slow burning romance. I'm already starting the next installment.
