This was my first book deliberately chosen for my A to Z challenge this year and I don’t know that I would have finished it without that motivation.
Overall it left me feeling very “meh”. The pacing was somehow too fast and too slow? The ending left a lot of ambiguity that was meant to tie things up and just didn’t. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this author and this did not live up to that expectation. Maybe I picked the wrong book?
The story was interesting and somewhat engaging but not at the level I expected.

A little predictable

I knew from the moment the character was introduced that they were it & I knew exactly how the story would go.

Loved this one!
So many tense moments in the story.

Loved Jack and Gabe-their relationship was portrayed perfectly with just the right amount of basically everything. Not too much sap or bs. Lots of camaraderie, wit and support.

Zero Days is a well-twisted and delivered thriller!

Maybe a tad longer than it needed to be but recommend? Oh, yeah!

Zero Days by Ruth Ware starts off a bit slow, and I’ll admit I was struggling to get into it at first. But once I pushed through the beginning, I was totally hooked. It’s a classic Ruth Ware – full of suspense and twists that kept me on the edge of my seat.
I did guess both big plot twists, but I still had to keep reading to see how she’d pull everything together. Honestly, if you can get past the slow start, it’s so worth it! Definitely recommend giving it a go.
