This book was okay. It was fast paced and had a great start. But the ending felt forced, and I wish there had been a twist.
My 2nd Ruth Ware as an audiobook because I love the narrators voice. It was a good story, the middle was drawn out and it could have been shortened up. The ending was predictable, but overall it was still enjoyable.

Good adventure book and quick read but it was a little slow for me at times and I wasn't a huge fan of the resolution of this story.
I couldn’t put this book down after reaching around 15%. I was hooked, needing to read on to find out what would happen to Jack.
I can honestly say, it’s one of the few books where I’ve been so hooked in by a character that I’ve felt the emotions for them.
Brilliant writing by Ruth Ware.
“Zero Days” is a psychological thriller by Ruth Ware that follows Jack Cross, a penetration specialist who, along with her husband Gabe, tests corporate security systems. After a routine assignment goes awry, Jack returns home to find Gabe brutally murdered. As the prime suspect, she evades the police and embarks on a quest to identify the real killer. The novel delves into Jack’s flight from law enforcement and her pursuit of the truth, highlighting themes of trust, isolation, and resilience.

meh. this was a book club read and not typically my kind of book. i did speed through it, but unfortunately i found it to be too predictable to be actually thrilling.
I found this to be more of an “action thriller” a la Mr. and Mrs. smith with semblances of Irobot, then Ruth Ware’s more common psychological suspense novels.
I don’t usually read action/ thrill of the chase but this was a fast paced read that really never let up in pacing and I enjoyed it!
